Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital, Inc. in Gravette, Arkansas, is seeking a PRN Radiology CT Technician to join our Radiology department. The role involves performing radiology and CT procedures independently or under physician supervision, ensuring accuracy and patient comfort.

Applicants should have a high school diploma, ARRT certification, Arkansas state radiation certification, and BLS; a BS degree is preferred but not required. CT registration within 1 year is expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an approved school of Radiologic Technology (college affiliated or hospital trained).
• Registered with ARRT within 1 year of hire.
• Certified by the State of Arkansas to practice and administer radiation.
• Registered in CT within 1 year of hire; if unable to meet exam, discuss with manager to arrange.
• Current BLS certification on hire or during orientation and renewed during employment.
• One year experience under a Board Certified Radiologist preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Current CME requirements compliance.

Responsibilities

• Performs radiology/CT procedures following established policies and protocols.
