Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Bachelor of Science degree preferred, but not required.
• Graduation from an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered with the ARRT within 1 year of hire.
• Certified by the State of Arkansas to practice and administer radiation.
• Registered in CT within 1 year of hire.
• Current BLS certification upon hire or during orientation.
• One year of experience under a Board Certified Radiologist preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• CME requirements compliance as appropriate.

Responsibilities

• Independently performs radiology/CT procedures per established standards.
• Follows policies and protocols to produce optimum images.
• Prioritizes patient welfare, confidentiality, and comfort.
