Job summary

Ozarks Community Hospital (OCH) in Gravette, Arkansas seeks a PRN Radiology MRI Technician to join the Radiology department. The role involves performing MRI procedures and providing patient care with independent judgment, under Radiologist supervision, to support diagnostic imaging.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Bachelor of Science degree is preferred but not required.
• Graduation from an approved school of Radiologic Technology.
• Registered with ARRT within 1 year of hire.
• Registered in MRI within 1 year of hire.
• One year of experience under a Board-Certified Radiologist preferred.
• Knowledge of anatomy, physiology, and medical terminology.
• Current CME requirements compliance; BLS required on hire or during orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform MRI procedures and patient care with independent judgment.
• Adjust technical factors to produce optimum MRI images.
• Ensure patient welfare, confidentiality, and comfort.
• Follow radiology protocols and safety standards.
• Maintain documentation and equipment as directed.
