Job summary

Join the renowned Cleveland Clinic Health System as a Registered Nurse in our PRN Float Pool at Independence (Independence West Creek). The role supports 9 hospitals including Euclid, Main Campus, Hillcrest, South Pointe, Marymount, Medina, Avon, Fairview and Lutheran.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years recent critical care experience, RN license, BLS, ACLS, and must be comfortable traveling between facilities and setting their own flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Requires two years of recent critical care nursing experience.
• RN license current and in good standing; BLS and ACLS required.
• BSN preferred; if not held, must complete BSN within 3 years of hire.

Responsibilities

• Ward-based patient care using established nursing procedures.
• Assist with admission assessments within defined timeframes.
• Document pain levels and patient conditions per protocol.
• Develop and adjust care plans with the health care team.
• Monitor patient status and document interventions.
