Job summary

AllHealth Network in Littleton, Colorado is seeking a PRN Crisis Evaluator to perform on‑call crisis assessments and provide clinical recommendations for the safest level of care. The role supports a high‑impact crisis setting with flexible, as‑needed scheduling.

The position requires licensure in LMFT, LPC, or LCSW and involves coordination with the Crisis Diversion Team to ensure timely access to appropriate services and community resources.

Qualifications

• LMFT/LPC or LCSW licensure preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical behavioral health experience.
• Extensive knowledge of DSM‑V‑TR and diagnostic criteria.
• Ability to conceptualize a case and develop an individualized crisis plan.
• Understanding of different levels of care and medical necessity.

Responsibilities

• Conduct clinical and behavioral crisis assessments, medical screenings, and evaluations and develop clinical recommendations.
• Make clinically appropriate referrals to the safest, least restrictive environment and perform safety planning.
• Complete crisis interventions with approved documentation coding.
• Screen and assess for voluntary and involuntary holds; initiate 27-65 holds when needed.
• Obtain collateral information to contextualize presentations.
• Coordinate ongoing services with AHN and community resources.
• Provide interpretation and analysis of data to formulate treatment recommendations and diagnoses.
• Communicate with funding sources regarding pre‑authorization and clinical recommendations.
• Review referrals and determine clinical appropriateness for admission to higher levels of care.
• Track bed availability and admissions with the Crisis Response Team.
• Meet BHA intake assessment domains.
• Conduct follow‑up calls post-discharge as required by Signal.
