Job summary

AllHealth Network in Littleton, CO seeks a PRN Crisis Evaluator to perform on-call crisis assessments and provide clinical recommendations to connect clients with the safest level of care. The position requires licensure preference (LMFT/LCSW/LPC), at least two years of clinical experience, and knowledge of DSM-5-TR.

Qualifications

• Licensure preferred: LMFT, LCSW or LPC
• Minimum 2 years of clinical behavioral health experience
• Knowledge of DSM-5-TR and diagnostic criteria
• Ability to develop individualized crisis plans
• Understanding of levels of care and medical necessity
• Experience with crisis assessments and holds

Responsibilities

• Conduct crisis assessments and make clinical recommendations.
• Refer to the safest, least restrictive environment and plan safety measures.
• Complete crisis interventions with proper documentation.
• Screen for voluntary and involuntary holds and initiate holds when needed.
• Collaborate with AHN and community resources to coordinate care.
• Provide after-hours clinical support as needed.
• Support treatment teams with bed tracking and referrals.
