Job summary

Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health is seeking a PRN Social Worker/ Licensed Professional Counselor to provide case management and psychotherapeutic services to patients and families. You will lead patient groups and document progress while supporting the interdisciplinary treatment team.

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree in behavioral health, relevant clinical experience, and active licensure.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in behavioral science or mental health field.
• Clinical experience in an inpatient and outpatient mental health setting preferred.
• Must possess current state licensure and/or certification to work in IOP/PHP Program.
• HIPAA: Has access to and adds information to the Medical Record. May only access medical record of assigned patients.
• CPR and CPI certification training provided upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality case management and psychotherapeutic services to patients and their families.
• Leads patient groups and documents notes which clearly explain patient’s participation and progress.
• Serve as a member of the interdisciplinary team supporting the organization’s treatment program and philosophy.
