Palmetto Lowcountry Behavioral Health is seeking a PRN Social Worker/ Licensed Professional Counselor to provide case management and psychotherapeutic services to patients and families. You will lead patient groups and document progress while supporting the interdisciplinary treatment team.

Qualified candidates will have a Master’s degree in behavioral health, relevant clinical experience, and active licensure.

Qualifications

Education: Master’s degree in a behavioral science or mental health related field required.

Experience: Clinical experience in an inpatient and outpatient mental health setting preferred. Possess general knowledge of all areas of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment.

Age-Specific Competencies: Adult

Licensure/Certification: CPR and CPI certification training provided upon hire. Must possess current state licensure and/or certification to work in IOP/PHP Program.

Other: Ability to relate well with treatment professionals; Ability to mobilize and coordinate staff resources; skills in dealing courteously with the public and individuals within the organization and counseling centers; organizational skills; ability to keep information highly confidential; ability to meet deadlines; basic data entry skills preferred; time management skills.
