Job summary

CEDARCREEK is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) PRN to support therapy services in our Mount Juliet facility. You will implement treatment plans, document progress, and collaborate with the OT and nursing teams to optimize patient outcomes.

Responsibilities include recording daily and weekly notes, assisting with discharge planning, and training Restorative Aides as needed. The role emphasizes compassionate care and adherence to state practice acts and policies.

Qualifications

• Licensed as a Staff Occupational Therapy Assistant with state licensure.
• Proficient in Casamba and Point Click Care for documentation.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients under the OT plan and document progress.
• Record daily treatment notes and weekly progress notes.
• Assist with discharge planning and family education.
• Maintain treatment area and report equipment issues.
• Collaborate with supervisors and health team members.
• Assist nursing staff with Restorative Aide training.
