• Able to meet physical requirements.
• Geriatric rehabilitation experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services per physician orders and accepted professional practices.
• Develops a plan of care with treatment goals and frequency.
• Performs skilled treatments according to the plan of care.
• Documents patient progress and response to interventions.
• Completes documentation and billing timely per regulations.
• Maintains rehab gym and treatment area with infection control protocols.
