Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provides therapy services in accordance with physician’s orders and accepted professional practice.

• Performs skilled treatments per plan of care.
• Documents observations and patient progress within required timeframes.
• Completes timely documentation in accordance with state and federal regulations.
• Completes billing for services on the date provided, per policies.
• Maintains rehab gym equipment and treatment area with infection prevention practices.
