Job summary

Gardens of Belden Village in Canton, OH is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide skilled therapy under the supervision of an Occupational Therapist to improve residents’ independence and quality of life.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio COTA license.
• License in good standing with applicable licensing boards.
• Long-term care or geriatric experience preferred, but not required.
• Net Health experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled COTA services under OT supervision.
• Help residents improve daily living and mobility.
• Document progress and treatment responses.
• Educate residents and families on therapy goals.
• Collaborate with nursing and interdisciplinary team.
• Deliver resident-centered care.
