Job summary

Gardens of Euclid Beach in Cleveland, OH is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house therapy team. You will provide skilled therapy under supervision to help residents gain independence and improve daily living skills.

Qualifications

• Active Ohio COTA license in good standing with licensing boards.
• Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams or in skilled nursing settings preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide skilled therapy services under OT supervision to improve independence and daily living skills.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living and functional activities.
• Implement treatment plans under OT direction and monitor progress.
• Document progress and communicate changes to the supervising OT.
• Collaborate with nursing and care teams to deliver resident-centered care.
