Job summary

All About Home Care Inc., a Houston-based home health care agency serving the Greater Houston area, is seeking PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants to support patients across multiple areas including North, South, East, West, and Central Houston.

Responsibilities include providing OT services under a physician plan of care, helping patients improve ADLs, documenting visits, and collaborating with the supervising OT.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.
• Current Texas COTA license is required.
• Two years in home health is preferred.
• Spanish language ability is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide physician-prescribed OT services under an OT plan of care.
• Help patients improve or maintain ADLs and independence.
• Collaborate with OT and health-care staff in care planning.
• Document visit notes and care plan revisions timely.
• Report patient changes to the supervising OT.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home programs and ADL strategies.
• Adhere to agency policies and participate in required in-service activities.
