Qualifications

• Current Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) license in California.
• Graduate of an accredited Occupational Therapy Assistant program.

• Experience in skilled nursing facility or post-acute setting is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Occupational Therapist with resident-related activities and provide direct resident care under supervision.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support rehabilitation goals.
• Document patient progress and adapt care plans as directed by licensed therapists.
