Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for PRN day and holiday shifts. You’ll answer call lights, assist with mobility, daily activities, and meals, and monitor residents’ diets and fluids. Training is provided on the job to fit your experience.

The role emphasizes flexible coverage with day shifts, only one shift per month, and no weekend requirements, helping you balance life and work while making a meaningful difference in residents' lives.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification.
• Dependability and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations.

Responsabilités

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while in bed.
• Provide physical support for activities of daily living.
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences.
• Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition to nursing staff.
• Build relationships with residents to ensure comfort and dignity.
