Responsibilities

• Answer call lights and support residents' daily needs.
• Assist with daily living activities: mobility, bathing, dressing, meals, and more.
• Monitor comfort, preferences, and dietary needs with dignity and respect.
• Document intake/output and report condition changes to nursing staff.
• Build lasting relationships with residents and their families.
