Job summary

Cascades at Orchard Park in Orem, UT is seeking a compassionate Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) for part-time day shifts (6 AM–6 PM). This role supports residents with daily living activities and collaborates with the nursing staff to maintain comfort and dignity.

We offer competitive pay, flexible scheduling with 1–2 shifts per week, and nursing tuition reimbursement up to $500 per month. On-the-job training is provided to fit your experience and comfort level.

Qualifications

• Current CNA certification required.
• Compassionate communication with coworkers and residents.
• Willingness to learn and follow long-term care regulations.

Responsibilities

• Answer residents' call lights to determine needs.
• Turn and reposition residents while in bed.
• Provide physical support to assist residents with daily living activities such as getting in/out of bed, bathing, eating, dressing, toileting, standing, walking, or exercising.
• Review dietary restrictions, allergies, and preferences to ensure proper diets are followed.
• Record food and fluid intake/output as necessary.
• Report changes in resident condition promptly to nursing staff.
• Build relationships with residents to ensure their stay is comfortable and dignified.
