Constellation Health Services is seeking a per diem Hospice CNA to provide essential patient care in Dover-Foxcroft, Dexter, and surrounding areas in Maine. The CNA will assist with personal care, maintain safety, and support families under RN supervision.

Requires state CNA training completion and an active license; a driver's license and reliable transportation are needed for travel within the territory. Hospice experience is strongly preferred; basic knowledge of iOS may help with some

Constellation Health Services is looking for a Per Diem Hospice CNAfor Dover, Foxcroft and Dexter, Maine!The primary function of the (CNA) Certified Nursing Assistant is to assist with personal care, to provide assistance and to work cooperatively with the patient and family. The Hospice Aide will be trained in appropriate and safe techniques for performing personal hygiene and grooming tasks that include bed bath, sponge bath, and shower bath, and hair shampooing in sink, tub, and bed.
