Job summary

Constellation Health Services in Kennebunk, Maine is seeking a Per Diem Certified Nursing Assistant to assist with personal care and to provide compassionate support to patients and families. Qualifications

• Must have CNA training and state-approved competency evaluation.
• Active CNA license in good standing.
• Current driver's license and reliable transportation.
• At least 1 year of hospice or home health experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of iOS operating system.

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, hygiene tasks and patient comfort.
• Provide support to patients and families in coordination with nursing staff.
• Perform bed, sponge and shower baths, hair washing in sink, tub or bed.
• Care delivered under the supervision of a registered nurse.
