Job summary

Mt. Pleasant Health and Rehabilitation in Tennessee is seeking a dedicated CNA to support residents with daily care, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and mobility. You’ll join a compassionate team that values respect, teamwork, and building trust with residents and families.

Qualifications

• Must possess and maintain a current state certification as a CNA.
• At least one year of experience as a CNA in a Long Term Care setting is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Attend to the individual needs of residents, including bathing, feeding, dressing, and ambulating.
• Record patient vital signs and assist with lifting, moving and transporting residents using proper body mechanics.
• Recognize and report changes in resident conditions to a nurse manager.
• Communicate effectively with residents, visitors, families, peers and supervisors.
• Report abnormal changes or patterns to nursing staff; assist the nurse with duties as directed.
