Compass Senior Living in Tulsa, OK is seeking a PRN CNA to join our compassionate care team. You’ll assist elders with daily living activities, monitor health, and provide companionship to support vibrant, dignified elderhood.

You’ll collaborate with the Wellness Team, document changes, and help with meals and light housekeeping while maintaining a safe, respectful environment. Prior licensing requirements and background checks may apply.

Formación

• Willingness to learn and work within a team environment.
• Good verbal communication and the ability to read, write, and speak English with residents and coworkers who only speak English.
• Licensing documentation (if required by your state) and the ability to pass a criminal background check.
• Ability to perform job responsibilities with or without accommodation.

Responsabilidades

• Provide personal care: assist elders with bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
• Observe, document, and report changes in health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• Offer emotional support and companionship to residents.
• Assist with meals and possibly feed those requiring support.
• Engage residents in social and recreational activities for well‑being.
• Communicate with elders, families, team members, and guests.
• Light housekeeping to maintain cleanliness.

What You’ll Do

• You will provide personal care: assist elders with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility, possibly with walkers and wheelchairs.
• You will provide health monitoring and documentation: observe, document, and report changes in the elder’s health or behavior to the Wellness Team.
• You will give emotional support: may support elders dealing with loneliness, anxiety, or other emotional challenges. Engaging in conversation, active listening, and offering companionship is part of your role.
• You will assist with Meals: help elders with meals and possibly feed elders who require additional support.
• You will engage in social and recreational activities: supporting elders in life-enriching activities for their well-being.
• You will connect: Communicate with elders, their families, other team members, and guests.
• You will keep things clean: may involve light housekeeping, such as tidying up and ensuring general cleanliness.
