American Healthcare Management Group is hiring a Caregiver/CNA to provide compassionate personal care to residents in assisted living and memory care settings. You will support daily activities, monitor health, and help create a positive, respectful environment.

The position emphasizes teamwork, adherence to care plans, and safety protocols, with opportunities to participate in group activities and resident care conferences. Join a team dedicated to elevating life for seniors and their families.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• CNA certification or experience in senior care preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and compassion for older adults.
• Ability to read and follow care plans and safety procedures.

Responsabilidades

• Assist residents with ADLs such as bathing, dressing, grooming.
• Safely transfer residents between beds, chairs, and vehicles.
• Take and record vital signs and collect specimens as needed.
• Monitor residents for changes in condition and report to nursing staff.
• Maintain clean, organized resident rooms, bathrooms, and common areas.
• Support new resident welcome and orientation.
• Participate in group activities and resident care conferences.
• Complete incident reports and respond to emergencies promptly.

Key Responsibilities:
