TRU Community Care is seeking a PRN PACE Clinic Nurse in Lafayette, CO. The RN will provide skilled nursing care to PACE participants, support clinic staff, and help coordinate care. The role includes hands-on patient care and collaboration with the team to uphold high standards of quality and safety.
The position requires a Colorado RN license and 2+ years of nursing experience (geriatric population preferred). Shifts are 8 hours, Monday–Friday, covering PTO as needed, in a clinic setting.

Position: PRN PACE Clinic Nurse
Schedule: PRN, picking up as needed to cover PTO for 8 hour shifts. Shifts are between Monday-Friday from 8am-5pm
Location: Lafayette, CO in a clinic environment
Pay: $42.34 to $50.81 per hour
The PACE Clinic RN provides skilled nursing care to PACE program participants. They work with other clinic staff in the provision of medical and nursing care, ensuring the highest quality of care in accordance with PACE policy and applicable regulations. While case management and care coordination are a big part of the role, you will also be hands-on with patients regularly.
