TRU Community Care in Colorado is seeking a full-time PACE Homecare CNA to join our home-based care team across Boulder, Weld, and Jefferson Counties. You will support older adults in their homes and in various settings, helping with daily living activities.
The schedule offers multiple shifts in Longmont or Boulder areas, with competitive hourly pay of $23.29 to $25.40 and a $3,000 bonus. Candidates should have CNA experience and pass agency background checks.

We are looking for a friendly and skilled CNA to join our team on a full-time schedule. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with the elderly and is flexible to providing care for patients throughout Boulder, Weld and Jefferson Counties. The CNA assists participants and/or supervises with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming, hair care, mouth care, eating, and toileting) as assigned in a variety of settings including the Day Center, homes, nursing facilities, and assisted livings.
