Qualifications

• 0-2 years of experience in a clinical nursing role or student clinical rotations in an acute care setting required.
• RN licensure required; BCLS certification required.
• ACLS, PALS, and NRP certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver high-quality, patient-centered care per nursing process and organizational policies.
• Document findings accurately and report changes in condition to care team.
• Administer prescribed medications and monitor for side effects.
• Assist physicians during procedures within competency scope.
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans.
• Provide patient and family education on conditions and post-discharge care.
• Maintain infection control practices and patient safety standards.
• Promote a safe environment and participate in audits and quality improvement.
