Texas Rehabilitation Hospital of Arlington is seeking a Charge Nurse (RN) to lead nursing staff in delivering high-quality, safe patient care in the IRF unit. This PRN night role combines clinical mentorship with documentation oversight and coordination based on patient needs.

You will provide guidance, ensure CQI and compliance, and support education for staff, with BSN preferred, RN license, and current BCLS; two years of rehab or acute care leadership experience strongly preferred.

Formación

• Graduate of an accredited registered nurse program.
• Minimum of two years in a rehabilitative or acute care setting with demonstrated leadership ability.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN).
• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification required; Child and Adult Abuse Certification required; CRRN preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide clinical mentorship and oversee documentation.
• Coordinate staff assignments based on patient acuity and needs.
• Participate in CQPI efforts and ensure adherence to care standards.
