Qualifications

• RN license required at hire.
• Associate's degree in nursing required or bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1 year RN experience in acute care required.
• BCLS certification prior to providing independent patient care and maintained quarterly.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate the Quality Caring Model in daily nursing practice.
• Ensure patient safety and address physical, psychological, and social needs.
• Engage families/caregivers in patient care and decisions.
• Maintain a healing and respectful environment for patients and staff.
• Provide professional, collaborative care with the care team.
