Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares and maintains medical equipment and instrumentation for surgical procedures.
• Sets up the sterile field with instruments, drapes, and solutions before operations.
• Follows facility regulations while attending to patients.
• Performs pre-procedure skin preparation for patients.
• Passes instruments to surgeons and assistants during procedures.
• Reacts to instrument counts and assists with specimen handling.
• Maintains clean and restocked procedure room after operations.
