Northeast Georgia Rehabilitation Hospital, part of Lifepoint Health, is seeking a Certified Pharmacy Technician for PRN coverage. You will prepare and label orders, deliver medications, and support MAR planning and dispensing machine inventory in a collaborative hospital setting.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, state registration as a pharmacy technician, and certification as required by state regulations. Strong attention to detail and teamwork are essential.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Registered as a pharmacy technician with the State Board of Pharmacy as required by state regulations.
• Pharmacy Technician Certification as required by state regulations.

Responsabilités

• Prepare and label patient drug orders as directed by the pharmacist.
• Deliver medications to medication rooms and nursing stations.
• Review MAR and plan deliveries to automated dispensing machines.
• Restock usable medications/IVs and file medication orders per procedure.
• Replenish automated dispensing machines and document activities.
• Communicate stock utilization and ordering needs; assist with inventory and supplies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
