Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Under supervision, compounds and dispenses prescriptions and maintains patient records.
• Maintains inventory and schedules, including IV admixtures and unit-dose packaging.
• Assists pharmacist with patient education and drug information.
• Ensures compliance with procedures and guidelines in daily operations.
• Performs other duties as assigned by supervisor.
