Magnolia Home Health - Granbury, TX is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (PRN per visit) to support patient rehabilitation in home settings. You will perform planned therapies under the supervision of a licensed OT, implement home exercise programs, and assist families in caring for patients.

Responsibilities include coordinating with an interdisciplinary team, documenting progress, and traveling to patient homes to ensure timely care per the plan of care.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited OTA program; eligible to take NBCOT.
• 1 year home health experience preferred.
• CPR certification and valid driver's license.

Responsabilités

• Administer therapy under supervision of an OT to meet goals.
• Implement home exercise programs and provide caregiver instruction.
• Document timely and accurately per policy.
• Travel to patient homes and participate in on-call rotation.
