Responsibilities

• Communicate patient progress or issues to supervisors and team members; instruct family or nursing staff on follow-up programs
• Assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to records
• Document patient care in compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards
• Maintain equipment and work areas in a safe, clean condition
• Adhere to the company's Code of Business Conduct, professional standards, and legal requirements
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Certification from the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA)
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program leading to an Associate's degree
• Current and valid state OTA license or equivalent
• CPR certification (if required)
