Our therapists are In-House Team Members, providing an opportunity to make a direct impact with residents through therapy. Qualifications/Must-Haves

• Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) education from an accredited two-year associate degree program
• Valid or pending State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in improving quality of life by helping them compensate for limitations, such as improving motor skills or increasing independence in daily activities.
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment, collaboration with Occupational Therapists, staff education, and family consultation.
• Maintain documentation in accordance with department and facility requirements under supervision of an Occupational Therapist.
• Opportunities to treat at multiple locations, serving diverse resident needs.
