Qualifications

• Graduated from an accredited two-year associate degree program in Occupational Therapy Assistant education
• Valid or pending State Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant License

Responsibilities

• Assist clients in improving quality of life by addressing limitations, such as motor skills improvement, independence training, and helping individuals with learning disabilities with daily tasks
• Implement treatment plans through direct treatment, collaboration with Occupational Therapists, staff education, family consultation, and training
• Maintain documentation in compliance with department and facility requirements under supervision of an Occupational Therapist
