National Church Residences Home Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for PRN work serving the Ross, Fayette, Highland, and Pickaway counties area. The role supports seniors in their homes with compassionate care and integrated hospice services, within our Southern Ohio Home Health division.

Qualified candidates hold an OTA license, an associate degree, and have 2–4 years of experience.

Qualifications
