National Church Residences is seeking an Occupational Therapist to provide Home Health services in Southern Ohio on a PRN basis, with mileage coverage for Ross, Fayette, Pickaway and southern Columbus. You’ll work independently while being supported by a compassionate clinical team, helping seniors thrive at home and making a meaningful difference.

Requirements include a Bachelor's or Master's in OT, current Ohio OT license, NBCOT certification or eligibility, 2–4 years’ experience, and valid

• NBCOT certification or eligible.
• 2–4 years of experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

What We’re Looking For

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy
• Current OT license in the state of Ohio
• NBCOT certified or eligible
