Job summary

National Church Residences Home Health is seeking a Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) for PRN work serving the Ross, Fayette, Highland, and Pickaway counties area. The role supports seniors in their homes with compassionate care and integrated hospice services, within our Southern Ohio Home Health division.

Qualified candidates hold an OTA license, an associate degree, and have 2–4 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent in Occupational Therapy from an approved curriculum.
• Two to four years experience preferred.
• Current license for occupational therapy assisting in the practicing state.
