Southwest Montana Veteran's Home in Butte, Montana is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our supportive therapy team in a skilled nursing setting.

We value compassionate care and teamwork, with opportunities to work across long-term care, short-term rehab and outpatient services. Montana licensure as an OTA and an ability to develop individualized plans are essential.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Montana.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for residents.
• Collaborate with rehab staff to provide quality care in skilled nursing settings.
• Communicate effectively with residents, families and the care team.

What We’re Looking For

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Montana (or eligible to become licensed)
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans
• Team player with excellent communication skills
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!
