Job summary

Copper Ridge Health and Rehab in Butte, Montana is seeking a dedicated Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our supportive, high-performing therapy team in a skilled nursing setting.

We offer a $7,500 sign-on bonus for full-time hires, competitive salary based on experience, and a full benefits package including medical, dental, vision, 401k and PTO. New grads are welcome and opportunities for continuing education are provided.

Qualifications

• Licensed Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant in Montana or eligible to become licensed.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide OTA services in a skilled nursing/rehab setting.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Collaborate with therapy staff to deliver patient-centered care.
• Support patient-first care and contribute to a positive team culture.
