Cooney Healthcare and Rehabilitation in Helena, Montana is seeking a Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapist Assistant to join our supportive, high‑performing therapy team in a skilled nursing setting.

Licensed Occupational Therapist Assistants (or those eligible to become licensed) with strong communication and teamwork skills will develop individualized treatment plans and deliver compassionate care to our residents.

Qualifications

• Licensed OTA in Montana or eligible to become licensed.
• Graduate of an accredited OTA program.
• Skilled in developing individualized treatment plans.
• Team player with excellent communication skills.
• Experience in skilled nursing/rehab preferred, but new grads are welcome too!

Responsibilities

• Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver OTA services.
• Collaborate with rehab team to support resident progress.
