We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team. In this position, you will assist patients with their daily living needs, provide compassionate care, and increase their quality of life. Responsibilities include monitoring vital signs and assisting with hygiene needs. The ideal candidate is compassionate, reliable, and an advocate for the client.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Observe and report changes in the client’s physical or mental condition.
• Perform light housekeeping, including laundry, changing linens, and maintaining a clean environment.
• Encourage participation in activities.
• Provide reassurance and emotional support following the care plan developed by nurses and care managers.
• Ensure a safe home environment, minimizing fall risks and hazards.
• Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain client confidentiality.
• Follow infection control and hygiene protocols.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma/GED
• Valid CNA certification
• First Aid and CPR certification (NO online certification)
• Current TB skin test or CXR
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to adhere to health and safety guidelines
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects (at least 50 lbs)
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Current auto insurance
