Qualifications

• Active RN license in MO or KS or Compact state.
• BLS certification required.
• 1 year of home health or relevant RN experience.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Utilizing the nursing process in patient/family care.
• Coordinate care with other disciplines of the health care team.
• Adjust the nursing plan of care as appropriate and individualize patient care.
• Collaborate with medical staff to enhance patient care.
• Adhere to nursing policies and strive for quality outcomes.
