Qualifications

• Must be able to read and speak English.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; Nurse Aide certification preferred.
• Must be 18+ and eligible to work in the U.S.; background checks and health screenings as required.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily living activities (bathing, grooming, hygiene).
• Follow care plans and maintain resident dignity and safety.
• Support mealtime assistance and mobility as needed.
• Document observations and report changes to supervisor promptly.
• Maintain clean, safe, and compassionate resident environment.
