Job summary

Castlewoods Place Assisted Living and Memory Care in Brandon, MS is seeking a Caregiver/Care Partner to support residents with daily activities and compassionate care in a senior living setting.

We value teams that communicate well, provide flexible scheduling, and offer ongoing development opportunities. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and work with elderly residents in a supportive, respectful environment.

Qualifications

• Must have applicable state CNA certification (preferred).
• Minimum of one year's experience working with older adults (priority).
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing with residents and staff.

Highlights of the Caregiver/Care Partner Position:

• Possesses applicable certifications as required by state CNA PREFERRED
• A minimum of one-year relevant experience working with older adults (priority given)
• Ability to communicate effectively (in English), both verbally and in writing with residents and staff
• Must be able to regularly life and/or move up to 50 pounds independently and up to 190 pounds with assistance of a second employee and/or mechanical devices.
