Hourly Pay Rate: $18 to $20
PRN Schedule Options:
Are you passionate about empowering adolescents toward sustainable mental wellness? Every day as a PRN Behavioral Health Technician, you'll work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to guide teens (ages 12-17) in their mental health journey through experiential therapies such as art, music, games, and sports. Age: 21+
Education: High school diploma or equivalent GED is required; associate’s or bachelor’s in human services, psychology, criminal justice, or a related field preferred.
Experience: 1+ year working with adolescents in behavioral health, education, coaching, or mentorship preferred.
Certifications: CPR and First Aid preferred (training provided).
Background Checks: Must pass pre-employment drug screening and federal/state background checks per Missouri law.
