• Administer medications using at least two patient identifiers.
• Document and maintain medical records accurately; ensure timely documentation on each shift.
• Communicate with the interdisciplinary team and provide thorough hand-off reports.
• Monitor patient acuity and staffing needs; escalate as needed.
• Complete admissions and discharge processes per policy.
• Educate patients and families about medications and conditions; ensure patient safety.
