The team provides counseling, assessments, and training, adapting behavior plans to cognitive and mental health needs while ensuring compliant documentation and advocacy for clients.

Qualifications

• Applicants must have education/credentials matching one of three levels.
• Must be 18+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Background checks required due to work with at‑risk adults.
• CPR, First Aid, Medication Administration, and NICI certifications required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one behavior support and counseling.
• Complete clinical behavior assessments.
• Develop and implement behavior support plans.
• Train caregivers and multidisciplinary teams.
• Monitor effectiveness of interventions.
• Document services accurately and timely.
• Advocate for individuals’ needs and rights.
