Job summary

Cleveland Clinic AtWork is seeking an experienced PRN Advanced Practice Provider (NP/PA) to cover multiple locations in Northeast Ohio, including Main Campus and satellite sites. The role emphasizes health promotion, disease prevention and collaboration with a multi-disciplinary team.

New graduates are not considered; active APRN/PA credentials and state licensure are required. The position features variable shifts (PRN) with on-call and coverage as needed.

Qualifications

• MSN is required upon hire or within 3 years for APRN role.
• Graduate of an accredited APRN program.
• Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies and/or higher degree.
• National certification as APRN/PA (NCCPA) is required.
• Must have licensure/credentialing in applicable state(s).

Responsibilities

• Conducts thorough medical histories and physical examinations; orders and interprets tests.
• Performs routine and specialized procedures as credentialed and privileged.
• Prescribes and monitors medications as allowed by license.
• Educates patients about disease, treatments and risks.
• Collaborates with the healthcare team to ensure quality care.
• Facilitates discharge planning and care coordination.
