Qualifications

• Experience as an Advanced Practice Provider; new graduates not considered.
• MD/DO or NP/PA with current state licensure required.
• MSN/APRN or PA degree from accredited program.

Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough medical histories and physical examinations.
• Perform routine and specialized procedures as credentialed and privileged.
• Prescribe and monitor medications where allowed by license.
• Educate patients about disease, treatment options and side effects.
• Collaborate with nursing and medical teams to ensure quality care.
• Refer patients to specialists as appropriate.
• Assist in rounds and participate in care planning.
• Support education of team and ongoing professional development.
